Usui Reiki

Reiki 1 - Shoden - "The Beginning Teachings"

This is the foundational level where you learn about Reiki history, how to perform self-Reiki, and how to give Reiki to others. You also receive an initial attunement (or "initiation") to the Reiki energy. 

Reiki 2 - Okuden -  "The Inner Teachings"

In this level, you learn to use Reiki symbols, which enhance the healing process, and how to perform distant Reiki techniques. You receive further attunements to the Reiki energy. After this level, you are considered a Reiki practitioner.

Reiki 3a Practitioner - Shinpinden a

This is the Master level, where you receive the Master Reiki attunement and learn the Master Reiki symbol,

Reiki 3b Master Teacher - Shinpinden "The Mystery Teachings"

This is the Master/Teacher level, where you receive the Master Reiki attunement and learn the Master Reiki symbol, as well as how to give Reiki attunements to others. Some Reiki systems combine Level 3A (advanced practitioner) and Level 3B (Master/Teacher) into a single Master level

Crystal Healing

Learn about crystals, their structure, energy.  How to use a pendulum, the chakras.  Basic chakra crystals and healing technique.

Crystal Healing Advanced

Building on Level 1 and learning about the sull star layout, different crystal healing techniques including distance healing and ethics.

Crystal Healing Master Teacher

Exploring the use of higher vibration crystals and methods of teaching.

Chakradance - Live - Freedom Class

The Freedom Course is a live 9 week course.  We start by introducing all seven chakras and then we spend seven weeks concentrating on one chakra per week.  The final week is a week of integration and a reflection of our journey. Live classes are comprised of a small group of people, held in in a darkened, candle lit (if allowed) space. Although music and dance form the primary focus, sessions also include sensing, working with elements and colours, and short meditations.

Chakradance - Online - Heal Your Life Class

The Heal Your Life Course is an online 9 week course. Each week you will receive a beautiful set of guided materials to work with at home:

  • Video - I will share information about the chakra we are exploring

  • 3-step ritual – guided meditation, dance, and mandala art Self-reflection exercise

  • Chakra activation meditation
