I started at thirteen as a Saturday assistant in Saxone, and from there my path has been quite diverse!
From hospitality and retail management, to recruitment, gym management, and PA roles… through to the last 15 years in the solar wholesale industry, most recently in commercial business development.
On the surface, it might look like a varied career. But I’ve learned that whether you’re in a boardroom or a healing room, the challenge is the same: the noise of the world drowns out the answers you already hold.
Today, I help you cut through that noise. By combining the strategic logic of NLP and Life Coaching with the deeper, subconscious shifts of Hypnotherapy and Energy Work, I offer a calm, grounded space where real change can happen.
