Hi, I’m Vanessa, a proud and accredited member of the Complementary Medical Association (The CMA) and the UK Reiki Federation ( The UKRF) I am dedicated to empowering individuals through a holistic, heart-centered approach to well-being. I offer a unique blend of complementary therapies, focusing on personal transformation, energetic balance, and spiritual growth. My work integrates Transformational Life Coaching, Reiki (Master Teacher level), Crystal Healing (Master Teacher level), and Chakradance, enabling deep inner healing and authentic self-expression.

Empowerment & Transformational Life Coaching
My approach to coaching is rooted in deep personal transformation, guiding clients to move beyond limiting beliefs, rediscover their inner power, and create meaningful, purpose-driven lives. Through powerful questioning, intuitive insight, and accountability support, I help individuals navigate life transitions, unlock their potential, and step into their highest version of themselves.
Reiki Master Teacher
As a Reiki Master Teacher, I offer both healing sessions and professional training across all levels of Reiki. I work with clients to restore energetic harmony, reduce stress, and support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My teaching empowers students to become confident, ethical, and intuitive Reiki practitioners.
Crystal Healing Master Teacher
With extensive training in the therapeutic use of crystals, I offer advanced-level healing and instruction in crystal energy therapy. Sessions are tailored to align the body’s energy field, release blockages, and amplify the healing process. I also mentor aspiring practitioners through certified crystal healing courses, grounded in both traditional wisdom and contemporary energy practices.
Chakradance Facilitator
Chakradance is a movement therapy that combines music, spontaneous dance, guided imagery, and mandala art to activate and balance the chakra system. I facilitate immersive Chakradance sessions and workshops, creating a safe, sacred space for emotional release, spiritual connection, and self-discovery.
